Kelly Nestor Serves on Pennsylvania State Nurses Association

In October, Kelly Nestor, MSN, ANP-BC, and first-year UNM Nursing PhD student in the Health Policy Concentration, assumed the role  of Villanova University (Villanova, PA) representative to the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association Congress on Practice, Education and Policy (PSNA) and was elected to the Congress’ steering committee. The steering committee is charged with ensuring that the Congress maintains a broad-based interdisciplinary perspective for nurses across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This is done through the identification and prioritization of issues impacting both professional and advanced practice nurses and recommendation of policy initiatives.  Kelly will be the liaison between the Congress and Villanova University.
