This research assignment explores healthcare systems and policy, including their impact on professional practice and quality/safety outcomes. It emphasizes health policy development and the role of advocacy in health system change.

Working in groups of 3-5, students will prepare and deliver testimony to a mock congressional hearing.  They will be assigned to testify on a specific law, bill or regulation as part of a coalition of organizations. See attached documents below.
